Sales Service
1. Our customers are allocated a sales representative, who will visit you regularly and introduce new products, take orders and resolve any queries.
2. You can also access the company through our sales office.
3. Communication is possible via telephone, fax, email and web orders.
4. All prices quoted are net, ex works and exclude VAT.
5. Product information is available through a general product catalogue, which is published annually, our web shop, our sales office or your representative.
6. A full price guide is also available from your sales representative, and this is published every 6 months.
Accounts
1. All customers have an account, which will be opened once our credit application has been completed and duly signed.
2. All accounts are payable within 30 days from statement.
3. Payments can be made via cheque or bacs.
4. All goods remain the property of Gwaza Ltd until paid in full.
Delivery
1. Orders are sent out on a standard 3-day service unless overnight is requested.
2. If any problems are encountered with an order, (damaged, short, incorrect item), then the sales office must be informed within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that goods signed for as OK have
No claim.
3. If you wish to return an item that you have ordered incorrectly, there will be a 10% handling fee and the goods should be returned at your own expense. If our responsibility, the goods will be collected by your sales representative.
4. Items that cannot be supplied ex-stock will be held on backorder for supply as soon as product is available. Orders under £20 will be held until your next order.
